I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, but ours lacked a fridge and microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly when resolving a billing issue. The location wasn’t ideal for my travel needs since it was out of the way, but it was a nice property overall. Decent value for the price, but the breakfast could have been better.

The rooms were clean and normal, but unfortunately, we didn't have a fridge or microwave on the executive level. It also had a mild smoke smell at first, but it was mostly clean afterward.

Service was very courteous and friendly, and they helped resolve my billing concerns. However, at times, it didn't feel very welcoming.

The location wasn't great for my needs as I was just stopping for the night and found it to be a bit out of the way. However, it's just off the beltline and has its perks.
